Final Grant Reports

Once you have completed the project for which you were awarded a CFSCI grant, you are required to complete a final grant report.  All grant reporting requirements must be current before you can apply for another CFSCI grant.

To determine when your final grant report is due, please look on the first page of the grant agreement that you signed when receiving your grant.
